Training is really what this game is about. If you level too fast and don't train enough at each level, you will suffer defeat by other pirates.  No matter what level you are, you will always need to train.

success % train more(about 30success or more) until you can beat about

98% of the pirates of your own level who are active. Don't rush to level up UNLESS you have stocked up
